How to Order


How do I use the order form?
On the order form, fill in the required info and simply select the amount of each item you wish to order. This is multiples of the listed item. 
For example; if the listed item is "Beans. $2 per 500g" and you select "1" then you will get 500g and will owe $2. If you select "2" you will get 1kg and will owe $4, and so on. 
If you'd like more than 3 of anything, just type the amount in the box marked "Other". The listed item is the minimum amount available.

We're building a website which will have a shopping cart and will eliminate the next steps; but until then, if you would like a copy of your order, you'll have to either print it out before you submit it; or write down what you ordered and the total owing (you'll need to add it up according to the listed prices and the amount you ordered). This is for your records only. 

You must click "Submit" to finalise your order!

I can't see my total owing anywhere; how do I know how much to pay?
We will add up your total including $7 handling fee (& delivery fee if applicable) and send you an email with what you owe and how to pay.
Our new website will have a shopping cart and you will be able to see a running total as you order. 

I'd like to add something onto my order but have already clicked "submit". Can I add to my order?
If you've forgotten something, you can add it by filling in another order form and repeating the steps above. You'll only be charged one handling fee.

Where and when can I pick up my order?
We will be in contact with you to let you know when and where you can pick up your order. 

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by contacting the facilitator by email or mobile phone before ordering closes for this month. The facilitator will arrange a refund of any monies paid. Once ordering has closed, cancelling an order is not possible.
