Ghee Whizz! (see what I did there?)

I'm pleased to have added Sol Ghee certified organic ghee to the list this month. 

 Not sure what ghee is or why you'd want it?

 - This article is short and sweet and has balanced information about what ghee is and it's benefits and risks. 

 - And this article from the UK's Daily Mail, provides results of long term research on ghee which shows that ghee can offer some cancer protection. It's really worth reading.

Goodness me! Buy some ghee!

Welcome back to Caravan Organic!

At long last we are back and ready to take your orders!!

Thank you all for asking after us, for your well wishes, support and understanding as I quickly had to close Caravan mid way through last year. My pregnancy was high risk and I was placed on bed rest in order keep our precious bundle growing safely. 

Our daughter arrived on the 23rd December last year; a perfect Christmas present; and the last 9 months have been a whirlwind of all the highs and lows of new motherhood. I'm delighted to have Caravan finally up and running again and am excited to announce some small changes and a heap of new products to our list!
