1. You are wholly responsible for arranging collection of your order within the specified time.
In the event that you have: not collected your order within the time limit; and/or are not contactable* by us within three days of the pick up date; and/or, have not made a prior arrangement with the facilitator regarding collection; you agree to forfeit that order and any monies paid.
We are a true community co-op, and as such, packing and pickup of orders is done according to safe food handling practices in residential homes. We simply do not have the facility to store orders long term and if you don't collect yours we will eventually divide it up amongst the other participants.
2. You may share and gift the items in your order, but you may not re-label and/or re-sell them unless in the form of an ingredient in a finished product. eg: You may not re-label and/or re-sell flour from your Caravan order; but you may sell cupcakes under your own brand name that have been made with flour from your Caravan order. This is because Caravan is a community co-op and not a wholesaler.
3. You agree to supply the facilitator with current contact details. If we need to contact you and we can't, you might lose your order. Please see point 1 above.
